Fear Busters: 14 Ways to De-Program Fear Foreve...

Studies indicate that 74% of the population is afraid of public speaking, and 68% fear dying. Certainly fear is an emotion that many struggle to overcome. The paradox of life is that what we fear, we eventually magnetize straight into our lives. What we don't understand is that fear is often a pre-programmed response that roots back to childhood. Through repetition in a fear-based environment, our subconscious mind can actually be programmed to initiate a fear-based response to virtually any situation. Then, we basically run on autopilot, and often fears of various sorts dominate our behavior. We may fear losing money and eventually do. We may fear losing a relationship, and eventually jealousy creeps in and they're gone. We may fear our health, actually creating illness. We may fear losing employment, only to eventually drive it further away. The good news is there are ways to recognize and re-program our paradigm to remove fear from our lives for good! This book is intentionally a quick listen. It gets straight to the point and doesn't waste words. It shows you this connection between past programming and reveals 14 technologies, or tools, you can use on a daily, repetitive basis to program fear right out of your life. 1. Language: English. Feel dissatisfied with your current path in life? Does your destiny seem like some mundane existence governed by circumstances beyond your control? Want to be the master of your own life but not sure where to start?  As you will see in this book: Circumstances, people, and external conditions do not decide the course of your life - you do. Remember what Walt Disney once said: "All our dreams can come true, if we have the courage to pursue them."  Drive Your Destiny gives you that courage to master the course of your life. In Drive Your Destiny, you will learn the strategies and tactics to:  Master the key decisions in your life that make a difference  Change your limiting beliefs with the six-point system  Empower your life with vision-building strategies  Build the right habits to reach your objectives  Create a portfolio of winning goals  Maximize your mental and physical energy  You don't have to settle for what you can get  For a time, I believed forces beyond my control determined my destiny. I thought my future had already been decided. I had the wrong beliefs about living my life. I discovered I could switch the reality of what I was experiencing by changing my thoughts, behavior, habits, and ultimately my actions.  Reinforce Positive habits and Put an End to Negative Results  Habits don't just happen. They are developed throughout your lifetime by consistent repetition. If you just let your habits "happen to you" rather than choosing the habits you need, you will become a slave to your circumstances. Anything is possible when you follow the beliefs of those who've already achieved what you desire. You can emulate the success of your mentors if you study the system of beliefs they used as a pathway toward personal excellence. Stop wasting your time and your life. Believe in Your Dream and Life Missi 1. Language: English. Narrator: Joe Hempel. Audio sample: http://samples.audible.de/bk/mike/001825/bk_mike_001825_sample.mp3. Digital audiobook in aax.

This compact workbook will help you find your drive - your "why".Forget passion, and find something much more valuable and thus, your start into a bright future, where you know what you want and that powers you.Everyone and his mom were talking about passion but in such overused and misused fashion that it depressed me. I did not have a passion, and I could not find it. Regardless of what I heard, it was just the same blah, blah, blah. It just frustrated me even more.I tried a lot and took many wrong turns, but eventually, I found something that was way more important than any passion - my "why" - my drive. My "why" fires me without burning me. It is deeper than passion. It's close to the core, the core of my being. When my "why" aligns with what I am doing, I feel satisfied, fulfilled, relaxed, and calm - the perfect state of satisfaction. You, too, can get that, and I will teach you exactly how I got there. I tell you about the four exercises (plus, a small bonus) which helped me the most to find my "why". This book is compact, without fluff, without endless repetition, and not esoteric. The actual listening time might be short, but it is a workbook. You need to do the exercises, otherwise, you will fail. I welcome you to join on your journey to your "why" - what drives you. 1. Sigmund Freud: A Biography , Hörbuch, Digital, ...

Sigmund Freud was an Austrian neurologist and the father of psychoanalysis, a clinical method for treating psychopathology through dialogue between a patient and a psychoanalyst. Freud was born to Galician Jewish parents in the Moravian town of Freiberg, in the Austro-Hungarian Empire. He qualified as a doctor of medicine in 1881 at the University of Vienna. Upon completing his habilitation in 1885, he was appointed a docent in neuropathology and became an affiliated professor in 1902. Freud lived and worked in Vienna, having set up his clinical practice there in 1886. In 1938 he left Austria to escape the Nazis and died in exile in the United Kingdom the following year. In creating psychoanalysis, Freud developed therapeutic techniques such as the use of free association and discovered transference, establishing its central role in the analytic process. Freud's redefinition of sexuality to include its infantile forms led him to formulate the Oedipus complex as the central tenet of psychoanalytical theory. His analysis of dreams as wish-fulfillments provided him with models for the clinical analysis of symptom formation and the mechanisms of repression as well as for elaboration of his theory of the unconscious. Freud postulated the existence of libido, an energy with which mental processes and structures are invested and which generates erotic attachments, and a death drive, the source of compulsive repetition, hate, aggression, and neurotic guilt. In his later work Freud developed a wide-ranging interpretation and critique of religion and culture. Psychoanalysis remains influential within psychology, psychiatry, and psychotherapy, and across the humanities. As such, it continues to generate extensive and highly contested debate with regard to its therapeutic efficacy, its scientific status, and whether it advances or is detrimental to the feminist cause. 1. A three-act romantic comedy takes place in 2212 in the city-state Times Square. An ensemble piece exploring life and theft: the theft of the diamonds that are the basis of the local currency, the theft of the right to conceive and bear children, the theft of the right to individualism. A comedy with many choreographed, musical interludes. A focus on sexuality in many forms and how we might preserve humanity's creativity, our connection to and our place within nature.A three-act romantic comedy takes place in 2212 in the city-state Times Square. You drive me nuts sometimes, you know that? We're competing to see who will control the future. How can you not get that?GY: No one can control the future.JASON: That's why it's so appealing.GY: But it doesn't make sense.JASON: It doesn't have to make sense, it's history. What is that? If you could define it for me, then maybe I'd think there was some validity to it. War, now there's validity. We have so much data, an analyst's dream. Numbers galore. This many dead. This many wounded. This many guns. This many bombs. This much plutonium. This much uranium. Peace? How do I measure that? What chart do I use?Confound me with your peace data, go ahead. The web will break. The cocoon shatters. The pain is no longer a many-legged, crawly, hairy pain but a shimmering butterfly hope, a firefly faith. A season of sequined seraphim. If I was Superwoman I would lift this weight of sky, gather all our pain and throw it far, far away, into an outer space so deep, so dark that even our pain is a welcome brightness, signifying life.
